Needed a new jump ring for my chain and the guy helped me out and fixed it no charge took 5 seconds! Other places charged 50-60$ nice and honest place to work with.

Have purchased several items over the years from here. The gentleman that runs it is top notch, have had a couple issues with necklaces or clasps and no questions asked he took care of it and fixed it. Personally I'm a stainless steel or other metals kind of guy far as jewelry and this guy has always had high quality products that I like.
