I’ve been buying gold earings from then for years now never had a issue till i bought my first neckalce and bracelet from them I’ve had to repair these iteams 3 times Already and i haven’t had them for even a year i reached out and they said they could fix them for a fourth time but i would still have to pay more. They didn’t care about my concerns and just told me I should’ve checked before i left the store .
