I have used Touch of Flowers florist a few years now. All floral arrangements I have ordered have been BEAUTIFUL. - The flowers themselves have been very fresh and lasted a long time. - Delivery service has been very prompt and reliable. My experience with Touch of Flowers has been very positive and will continue to use them for future purchases.

Today, Dec 26th is my mom’s birthday. After waking up at 8am getting v little sleep the night before, and driving all throughout Richmond, I couldn’t scrape together flowers until I called this place. The kind employee reassured me that they had roses, and could put something together as I was very stressed. Helped me make the most beautiful bouquet, which my mom absolutely loved. This place better stay open every Boxing Day. Thanks for saving my a** 😂

Ordered online (from Kelowna) "Smile for me" bouquet for a friends 65th birthday in Richmond. She sent me pics of her flowers and the arrangement is just beautiful! Just liked pictured online. We both love the arrangement very much! Great service! Thank you so much Touch of Flowers Florist.

Our friend was going through a difficult time, so we chose a colourful seasonal bouquet. Ordering online you never can be sure how it will turn out, but Touch of Flowers Florist did an extraordinary job, and the bouquet not only lifted spirits but was constantly remarked on by everyone how it stood out from the rest!
