BUYER BEWARE Did not deliver flowers on Mom’s birthday as promised. Claimed they did and provided fake proof of delivery, only to admit later that they actually weren’t delivered until the following day. Vastly different bouquet than ordered. Paid $40 for chocolates they completely left out of the order. This place is a scam. Avoid!
I can't believe they delivered from Roanoke to Blacksburg, but that's what the card said. Arrangement bore NO resemblance to what was ordered. 4 Daisy poms (with broken stems) and 5 roses (2 of which had 1 inch stems stuck into the fern-they couldn't reach the water) in a glass vase. Water was dirty and full of dead leaves. The arrangement ordered had Asiatic lilies, mini and regular roses, statice, bells of Ireland, and more in a basket. Did not deliver do to "unavailability", waited to email me (not call) AFTER the business day on which they were to be delivered.... and I had called them the day before. GO ELSEWHERE
