Zero out of five stars. This company stole over $2,000 from my husband and I. I entered into a contract with Carrie Gentry, one of the “lead planners” and did not receive a single wedding planning service from that woman nor this company. I’ve attempted to get a refund from this fraudulent business multiple times and have not received any response nor reimbursement from this company nor Carrie. Do not. Absolutely do not work with this company. They are a scam and we will be pursuing legal action.
This has been a very negative experience and my fiancée and I can not in good conscience recommend anyone work with Touch of Elegance and Carrie Gentry. Carrie was wonderful in our initial meeting but soon there after she began to cancel, reschedule, or completely miss online meetings. She pushed us over to her assistant, who tried his best to help us, but we’ve ultimately have done everything ourselves when we paid (were paying )for the full planner package.
