We chose Big Bob's Flooring as they were a local company and seemed to have good prices. One of their employees came out to the house and did a "professional" measurement of our room. When it came time to install the carpet, the piece they had cut was to small. Apparently their measurer measured wrong, and on top of that the carpet was a little on the small side from factory (which is hear is normal, but I would have thought they would double check measurements BEFORE installing) Because of this, they could not do a turn and... read more
Great service and turnaround time for the install. The staff was nice and friendly, they tried to work with us to help us be within budget. Great pricing on hardwood and we loved the new look of our living room. I would recommend it to anyone!
A few weeks ago we had luxury vinyl planks (LVPs) installed by Big Bob's (Lancaster) and could not be happier with the results. Our salesman, George, was very patient with us as we made multiple visits to the store and requested samples of flooring to find the best fit for our home. I had Big Bob's install carpet and Luxury Vinyl Planks! The LVP was exceptional and looks beautiful in my basement. The process was quick and the installation by Paul Balogh and Adam Evans was exceptional! I could not be more pleased. Tom was my sales person and he was very helpful.
