They installed tile in my shower. The floor tile is crooked and not square. I have three wall tiles that are chipped and should have been thrown out. Quality is low on the list compared to their time and bottom line. I pointed out the poor quality of work and I was told "not much we can do about that now" after the work was completed.
We recently had Touch of Color Flooring replace all the flooring in our house on the 1st and 2nd floors with the exception of our Master Bathroom and we couldn't be happier with them! We worked with Matt at the Jonestown Road store. He was knowledgeable, attentive, responsive, and worked hard on our project. He was great! As someone who works in a home building and remodeling company, Touch of Color is a fantastic supplier! Specifically, Matt Miller is a great help, as well as any associate in the store. They have great customer service and are always willing to give extra support to clients when needed. Would highly recommend them to find your dream flooring and even backsplash!

2024- We had a tile project done now. After the stair project we did have a bedroom and a closet carpeted and everything was flawless. 3rd project it felt like our business was earned and not appreciated. Numerous calls and text messages. Sometimes days without a call back.
