Absolutely disgraceful service. Starting with requiring full payment up front.. now I know why. Will never hire or recommend this company ever again. Incompetence all the way from the installers to the management. Will absolutely make sure to tell everyone that will listen about my awful experience! Gaps in the plank floor that you can see the sub floor through. Carpet so loose you can lift it right up. Twice they came and inspected my complaints and completely agreed job was done poorly. Was a great place to work.
Had bathroom flooring installed in April. By August the toilet they pulled & put back down was leaking under the floor they installed. Marie in the office is hard to get a reply from but she finally replied and said they don't know or remember if they pulled the toilet just 5 months ago, even though it is standard practice to do so. I had to pay a professional plumber to come fix the problem TOC caused and Marie at TOC refuses to follow up. Up until this experience TOC was phenomenal for all my properties.
