Driver are lazy and rude . I would not recommend them . We wait for pre paid service and the drive came up with a reason to go to a different tow . To make more money instead of hold up to his AAA Obligation.

He arrived less than 15 minutes after I called for assistance and had my tire changed quickly, helped me load everything back into my hatchback and was genuinely concerned for our safety. We happen to run into the owner Joe, as we were having car trouble he literally followed us to our broken down car, called for his tow truck which arrived in 5 minutes he refused to leave me and my children on the side of the road alone, being a single mom, that really made my day he was genuinely concerned for us! Tow truck came we went to their shop and what would have a HUGE expense anywhere else was NOT here! They worked with us and fixed the car, it is running perfect and we will be forever grateful they saved the day!!... read more
My car overheated I called. AAA they had Justin from touch of class towing come out. He was so very helpful professional and caring and everything was smooth he did a great job I want to thank him.

My son had car accident needed a tow. Said AAA would not cover wanted cash only. Called them out on it. They lied took car off flatbed and took off like thieves in the night. Never would I recommend and will tell everyone of our experience
Very nice experience. They came out to my house right away, changed my battery right there in the garage After the diagnostic test. Very professional staff highly recommend
didnt catch the drivers name but he was amazing, I waited 20 mins and he showed up before that. he dropped me and my vehicle off, offered to changed my tire and put air in it. Thanks you so much
