This has been our go-to floral shop for every occasion and they never disappoint! The flowers are always fresh and beautiful. They worked their magic and were able to save the day last minute for my wedding when I needed bouquets, boutonnières, and arrangements within an hour. Amazing service from all 3 generations there!🩷
I do not have the words to describe how amazing this florist is. We ran into a nightmare scenario where an hour before our wedding ceremony starts we find out the original florist company we had booked for our wedding got the date wrong and had absolutely nothing prepared. In a panic I raced to Touch Of Class here in Richmond and explained the scenario. Worst customer service I have dealt with, in all my years of doing floral design. Lady was lazy, disrespectful, condescending and ignorant. I had gone in to purchase white mini flowers , for my mom’s Celebration of Life tomorrow. She never even looked. Just rudely said, “No.” I said , “Yes you do. I want that 1.” She then responded with, “it just 1. $14.99.” I said, “$9.99 She said, “We are not whole saler” How she spoke though.. Extremely unprofessional
I've been here a few times now, gorgeous flower arrangements, typically fair priced(obviously not for events like: mother's day, Valentines day etc.) but any other time its great. Kind and prompt helping staff.
Best florist in Richmond. Great selection and pricing compared to all other flowers shops I've been to in the city. All staff are very nice and you can have the bouquet be completely custom and they are very clear about price per stem. Very fun to choose which flowers you want especially for mother's day, valentine's day, etc. or send your boyfriend there lol they will make sure he does a good job with your bouquet. Premade bouquets are also very pretty and a good deal
