Not really sure why this place isn't rated 5 STARS because I went there this morning when they opened to buy a bouquet of flowers for my best friend's mom's birthday and the owner was so friendly sweet. I had mentioned that I was running late for the party I was going , but she was so efficient and wrapped the flowers I got with care and finesse. Best flower shop ever!
I had a very disappointing experience at Touch Of Class Florists. While my wife was being assisted by a staff member in choosing flowers, I was simply waiting quietly in the shop scrolling my phone. Out of nowhere, the owner approached me with no greeting or courtesy—just a cold interrogation asking what I was doing there.
