I've been using TOC for over 10 years now. I don't buy flowers every year or for every occasion. If I could afford to I would. But, I've used TOC every other year on avg when I do buy. They have always done such an awesome job. This time they disappointed me. I placed the order on for valentine's day and asked to deliver on 2/9. If you haven't tried this shop you really should. The arrangements are all high style and very classy. High quality flowers are use too. I have never been disappointed.
