Staff is very rude. I had put my car in neutral and took my foot off the gas and it bucked forward startling me. Put my foot on the brake and the guy standing there is yelling and waving his arms. I rolled my window down and he started yelling at me to put my car in neutral, I advised him it was a neutral and he yelled back at me that it wasn't because it moved forward. I came in to get my car washed and 2 boys, one with darker curly hair and the other with brunette hair were working. The brunette boy was spraying my car with my window open so i could pay him. I then stopped to tell him if he could wait till i pay the other kid and shut my window. The brunette kid said "God forbid you come to a car wash and might get wet." i have been to the car wash on holton rd twice now that the person directing the car in has not paid attention and i have hit the track with my car. luckily there was no damage. both of these times i have got out and looked at my car when the wash is done and have noticed soap on it. i am not happy at all about this.
