Half hearted brush off by kid who managed to walk in the door. Windows and rear of vehicle still dirty. Guess I’ll go back to Riverside in Ionia. Wish I hadn’t left a tip!!!

worker there was to busy playing on his cell phone to wash my front and back windows and didn't spray down the right side of the car . I got home and my car still has dirt on the right side . Won't go back there again . ................. Well I decided to try this car wash again and I talked to the owner about this issue and was told it wouldn't happen again and it didn't . Thank you for your kindness this morning. You guys washing the bed of my truck of the blood from my dog took some of the pain from me having to do it. So much appreciated. Forever a lifelong customer.
First of all I tried using my Jacket card to get the $5 dollar wash and was told I cannot use it when the are running the special for $6.....um ok whatever so I gave $7 because I always tip, not sure why this is the third and final time I will go to this car wash!!! Our car had so may white spots all over it. I had to pretty much rewash all the windows. The kids were nice but did a horrible job scrubbing the car before we were rushed through.
