Really disappointed in this company. My mothers dr sent a referral over a week ago and I was told somebody would call me. I’ve called multiple times and everytime the person I need to speak to isn’t in the office. I was told yesterday my information would be texted to her as it’s an urgent matter. I really needed the care for my mother as I am pregnant and still working myself. However I’ve never received a call back so I assume they just don’t care to help me out.
