Non responsive! Requested service back in August 2024. It is now November 2024 and I have no service & the Person Jennifer who was assigned to me has refused to talk to me and explain why she has denied me service. I had not violated no policies and I do qualify to receive the services that the Company advertises that they provide. They abandoned and neglected my cousins who are non-verbal special needs adults. We notified them of needing the services to continue, and they refused. They exploit the vulnerable. We now in the process of filing against them to ensure this does not happen to other families in need. Please do not use this corrupt organization.
These folks are so very helpful in helping to arrange for health and rehab services from the state for those in need
I've been working for this company for years now, it's a good place and I haven't had any real issues with them. The only problem I have, is that the pay wage is extremely low. $8.25 an hour for caregivers. There's no room to grow either. No promotions, no bonuses and no OT.
