Chloe is a great nail technician. She helps me with my ingrown toenail and is very thorough. I keep coming back because the service is excellent.
As a long time customer of this business I can honestly say the quality never disappointments. I would consider myself quite picky and not easy to please when it comes to my nails or lashes. Although I mostly only come for lash appointments which I highly recommend, even when I get my nails done the customer service is great quality. I often want to change the color after it’s cured and they don’t make me feel bad or an inconvenience for doing so. They are patient, supportive and really helpful when I change my mind. Initially, the girls were friendly and welcoming. Though I was just getting a regular manicure, I was of the impression I would get the typical manicure which would at least include a hand wash and short massage. Lady whom worked on my nails soaked my finger tips in COLD water, removed my nail polish, poorly trimmed my cuticles, added the base, nail polish and top coat and that was it.
