I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! - save yourself the frustration. I arrived for my scheduled appointment 10 mins early (as the app says to arrive early) and waited 40 minutes before anyone even started on me. Then, mid-service, my technician walked away to apply an extra coat on another customer’s nails adding another 10 minutes to my wait. There is simply no excuse for that other than lack of staffing. As a long time customer of this business I can honestly say the quality never disappointments. I would consider myself quite picky and not easy to please when it comes to my nails or lashes. Although I mostly only come for lash appointments which I highly recommend, even when I get my nails done the customer service is great quality. I often want to change the color after it’s cured and they don’t make me feel bad or an inconvenience for doing so. They are patient, supportive and really helpful when I change my mind.
