WORST nail salon I’ve ever encountered. I came to this “establishment,” and I’m using the term loosely for a nail soak off. I was greeted promptly and the “tech” begins trying to convince me to get additional services to which I declined. She became upset and annoyed while persistently offering more services, as it’s evident that the business is scrounging for business with only one customer in the salon. It’s sad I’ve been coming to them for years I just called out because soon as I walk in she tells me to wait and 6/7 mins go by another race walks in and she goes to restroom and all and then the lady wants to have me take a seat in the chair, the lady comes out the bathroom and she starts to turn on her water all while she is doing someone else feet I just get up and walk out i will never be returning again.
My mom has been going to this place for a while now. She went a week and half ago for a regular fill-in. Ms. Le did a great job. Then a week and a half later the paint started to chip as you can see in picture. She walked in to the place just to ask Ms Le what she needed to do about this and Ms. Le started screaming at her “you need to make an appointment” and other words too.
