Terrible treatment of long term customers. I am sure new customers are handled with more care as they are new. But after 10 years I had to pivot someplace else as the owner has simply become jaded, taking customers and their money for granted. I had a situation where ive watched the owner cut down customers but minding my business and continuing to patron their business put me in the same position to where I will never give these people one red cent.
