I cannot recommend this salon after how I was treated. After dealing with multiple techs over the years who damaged my nails (including leaving me with bleeding cuticles), I finally found one gentle person here who did my builder gel fills. Then, just 30 minutes before my next appointment, they called to cancel because the tech refused to see me. No explanation was given. I’ve been going here on and off for about four years and have always had good experiences, which is why I was especially disappointed by my most recent visit. The woman at the front desk wearing the long tutu-style skirt (I unfortunately didn’t get her name) was extremely snippy, sarcastic, and condescending from the moment I came in to the salon. My experience with this nail salon has been amazing!!! My nail tech Natalie is always so attentive to detail, which is such an amazing quality when it comes to nails. She is also very skilled at what she does, not to mention the atmosphere of the salon is very calming and peaceful. If you’re thinking about coming to this nail salon, you should definitely think about booking with Natalie!

This was my first time trying this place and wanted to love it! The vibe was super cute and staff was nice. The only complaint I have is that I went in for a basic french pedicure and whoever did my nails did not do a great job. She basically just did French tip polish then just put a top coat on my nails no regular pink French polish like usual, so it’s just a white tip with a top coat? I feel like I could’ve done this myself at home and I spent $50 dollars. I also wasn’t offered any drink but says it is complimentary.
