My experience with this nail salon has been amazing!!! My nail tech Natalie is always so attentive to detail, which is such an amazing quality when it comes to nails. She is also very skilled at what she does, not to mention the atmosphere of the salon is very calming and peaceful. If you’re thinking about coming to this nail salon, you should definitely think about booking with Natalie!
This was my first time trying this place and wanted to love it! The vibe was super cute and staff was nice. The only complaint I have is that I went in for a basic french pedicure and whoever did my nails did not do a great job. She basically just did French tip polish then just put a top coat on my nails no regular pink French polish like usual, so it’s just a white tip with a top coat? I feel like I could’ve done this myself at home and I spent $50 dollars. I also wasn’t offered any drink but says it is complimentary.
This place is pretty expensive. And there is an up charge for just about everything. So- if you’re on a budget- I would definitely tell them exactly what you want and ask up front. So there are no surprises at checkout. 🥴 Great customer service and the employee are wonderful- overall a great experience
My daughter and niece visited this nail place and the service was honestly unacceptable. They showed a picture of the exact nails they wanted, and the staff gave them a price. But once they sat down, the salon raised the price significantly without any explanation. That alone was frustrating, but then my daughter’s nails came out completely wrong — wide, bulky duck nails that looked nothing like the photo. They left upset and feeling like their time and money were wasted. Definitely not a place we recommend
Great place and service. Amy is the absolute best. Been with her for years now and her work is amazing. Recommend her 100%.
