The staff was friendly and professional and did a phenomenal job with my mani pedi.
I made an appointment with Toby for a refill on my birthday. My appointment was later in the afternoon & during my refill it was rushed. He also did not use a professional nail file but one that comes in a package with press ons. My nails weren’t shaped properly and I was never asked if I liked the shape.That set did not last an entire 2 weeks to say the least. Top Notch Service @ Touch Nail Spa. From my first call to inquire to my nail appointment. The Touch Nail Spa Team are genuinely friendly, welcoming and professional. The salon is lovely. Beautifully decorated and well maintained. I was blessed to have Vicky do my nails and she did a fantastic job! I've been to several salons and 100% Vicky has given me the best full set gel manicure I've ever had. My nails look neat, natural and the shape is done to perfection. Thank you Vicky! I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I went in with an inspiration picture of the design I wanted, but my nails ended up looking nothing like the picture. She couldn’t achieve the look I was looking for so I just went ahead and told her to do what she can. (Which was terrible) The entire appointment felt rushed, and the technician was very aggressive and rough while working on my nails, which made the experience uncomfortable.
