I am a regular customer at Touch Nails and generally appreciate the service provided by most of the staff. However, I encountered a disappointing experience with employee Dao during my most recent visit. Despite spending 2.5 hours and $110, I was dissatisfied with the quality of service. The manicure was not up to standard, as the nail filing was excessively aggressive with the drill, causing discomfort and skin irritation.
