I have been going here for years and referred many clients with no issues. This is the first time within a week my toe nail polish completely came off. I let them know when I got back in town and they said I would have to pay to get it fixed because I didn’t call right away. I just paid $57 for a pedicure and I have been a faithful customer for years with no issues. That’s not right.
Appo and Nellie are both absolutely amazing and provides great service!! 10/10! Pedicure service is great!! Great shape and are sooo nice!
Hello, I wanted to share my experience. I visited your establishment less than a week ago, and unfortunately the majority of my nails have already broken—one even broke the very next day. I’m not sure what caused this, but I am very disappointed, especially considering I was visiting Tampa for a special occasion and tipped for the service. I sat patiently and quietly during the appointment, but the quality did not last even a week.
My mom and I got GEL manicure done for my baby shower. And it was the worst. My mom’s nail polish chipped WITHIN 3 days. I even called them to tell them to do a good job this time around since last 2 years their service is so bad. They just want to do turnover of customers and not give the service. It’s like as soon as you sit down they want you out the door. This time around our gel manicure was done within 20 mins. It didn’t even feel like manicure.
