My experience with touch light has been nothing short of amazing. I have severe degenerative disc disease and bone spurs in my cervical spine and lumbar scoliosis. Until I started seeing Dr. Ginni and Dr. Tina, I was relying on physical therapy, oral steroids and steroid injections as forms of pain management and mobility retainment, with mixed results.
