Kim is amazing
The place was clean and the people were nice but I am so disappointed in how my nails turned out and how long (or not long I should say) they lasted, especially with how much I ended up paying. I came in for a dip manicure but was told that my nail beds are “too curved” for dip powder and that they wouldn’t be able to do that for me so I should instead do TAP gel. I love the atmosphere, very structured and peaceful. The staff was polite and my pedicure felt great.
EDIT: after my original review, the manager reached out to me and offered to fix my nails for free. He was very kind and did a great job! I am very appreciative and will definitely come back in the future. I have included updated photos of my nails. They’re so cute! _________________________ It was my first time at this salon and I wanted an SNS with nail design.
