Total scam! I used to buy from here often, but one day the machine broke down and charged me twice for absolutely nothing. I contacted customer service and they've completely ghosted me.
Ordered from the machine and it said cup failed, then asked a worker and they said they couldn’t help and couldn’t give me a refund. Called no one answered. Worst experience ever
