My visit to Touch/Aveda Salon centered on selecting and purchasing beauty care products as a Christmas gift set for my wife who is a regular Touch/Aveda Salon patron. Ready to assist me was Megan, Mimi and Jennifer. These three wonderful ladies were quite professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly in providing customer assistance. Ivy is AMAZING and the rest of the staff is extremely friendly! I’ve been going to this salon for years and I’ve only had great results. I would recommend Touch Aveda Salon to anyone!

I really don't recommend it, it's simply awful, my hair looks like a man's, there's no way to fix it, she ruined it all They don’t know fix it and now I will waiting months and years for my hair growing back well it’s nothing fun I was really disappointed and very sad, I had to buy hair extensions I can't go out like that unfortunately

Not worth even 1 star. My second visit with the same stylist and I was blamed for the poor results! I mentioned my discontent same day, but the stylist was okay with the mess she created. When I contacted them again within a week of service, it was disclosed that the stylist was going through something personal, but that wasn’t taken into consideration when I requested a refund. I am scheduled for color correction somewhere else.
