Upon entry of Toucan Tan the facility is dark, cold and uninviting. The staff albeit friendly is somewhat knowledgeable on the products but unfortunately that is due to lack of training or motivation from management. The tanning packages available seem interesting but once you tour the level beds offered you quickly loose interest. The tanning beds are EXTREMELY outdated, not well maintained, dirty and most have highly visible cracked and damaged components but more importantly are the bulbs. They are never changed!!!!!
