I had a hail storm hit my neighborhood area in may of 2024. I called toucan and very quickly jared a employee showed up to inspect my home.He was courteous, knowledgeable and very thorough when accessing the damage not only on the roof but the entire property. He led me through the process of filing a claim as well as meeting with my insurance company's adjuster to point out things that needed repair so nothing was missed. Toucan Roofing installed a new Roofing on our house in 2017. Satellite dish(s) had to be removed and reinstalled, we noticed the shingles at the edge of the roof were misplaced and when we got a closer look, there was an indenture under the nail of the Satellite dish and water damage to the plywood creating a sink hole under the shingles. We called Toucan and they said they would send someone to investigate. Great fast service. Developed a small leak. They came right out and fixed. Reasonable price too. Update Nov 2023 - Jason helped with the insurance claim and roof and gutters replaced. Timely, great workmanship and cleaned up when done. I would highly recommended.
