I had a hail storm hit my neighborhood area in may of 2024. I called toucan and very quickly jared a employee showed up to inspect my home.He was courteous, knowledgeable and very thorough when accessing the damage not only on the roof but the entire property. He led me through the process of filing a claim as well as meeting with my insurance company's adjuster to point out things that needed repair so nothing was missed. Chris and his team did an excellent job responding to our time sensitive needs repairing our roof as we were under contract for sale. I would highly recommend them.
Toucan Roofing installed a new Roofing on our house in 2017. Satellite dish(s) had to be removed and reinstalled, we noticed the shingles at the edge of the roof were misplaced and when we got a closer look, there was an indenture under the nail of the Satellite dish and water damage to the plywood creating a sink hole under the shingles. We called Toucan and they said they would send someone to investigate. So to make a long story short, Toucan doesn't have a warranty to fix the issue so I had to pay for the repair out of m... read more
