I hate leaving not so good reviews. I went in on 3/726 to get my hair braided after seeing a TikTok video. I gone to one place for the last 20 years. Against my better judgment I went to Touba because of the time of completion was quick. I got there at 5:30pm I was in my car by 9:40pm. Once I got home I lost 2 braids. I called her on Monday, by that time I lost 4 braids and I explained 4 more was loose. I was told she has to look, maybe my hair is to thin or to short. Love the atmosphere and customer service! Touba is very consistent with their braiding technique. I’m always able to get a same day appointment. I have thick hair & my knotless box braids are always done within 4-5 hours max. This is the only place I get my hair braided, 4 years strong. They never disappoint! They even did my niece hair last minute because she came to my same day appointment! I love this place. These ladies are literally the best ! I always get compliments on my hair. ♥️🙏🏾.

I had a really good experience! The service was great, everyone was friendly and professional, and my hair turned out exactly how I wanted. What I appreciated the most was that it didn’t take a long time everything was done efficiently while still paying attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
