I use to go here all the time but now since the shop has been updated I can’t get a appointment. When she answer the phone she don’t even ask what I want done she just say she booked up for the month so I call the next month same thing for 4 months now bottom line is I think they pick and choose who hair they wonna do. Not to mention you will be there 10 plus hours
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She Cancelled my appointment 2 days before my scheduled appointment. (Which I booked a full month in advance). She told me she was in Africa and was very inconsiderate on my time. She asked me to choose any other day. Which I did and she still told me that’s not available. She stop answering my calls and texts. Would not recommend.
Never answers the phone. Even sent pictures for style as requested, no response. Will take money elsewhere.
