I scheduled an appointment on February 14 for braids on March 28. Two days before the appointment, I received a text stating they were short on braiders and could no longer keep my appointment. This was extremely frustrating, especially since I booked more than 30 days in advance. This is the third or fourth time they have rescheduled my appointments at the last minute without providing adequate notice or a valid reason. Be prepared to stay all night. Great results with braids, however I came in for a scheduled appointment at 5 pm and didn’t leave til 5 am the next day. Braids weren’t started on time, and it ultimately took too much of my time I had to call out of work due to the extensive time.
