I had a very good experience at Totum and with Kenna as my physio. She was able to pinpoint what was causing me issues quite quickly and develop a plan to get me back on track so I could keep training for a race. She is super friendly, kind, and knows her stuff! The facilities at Totum are also well kept and the staff are nice. Definitely recommend.
I first started seeing Victoria after suffering a back injury. From the very beginning, she was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend their practitioners. Have seen Victoria for physio and Queenly for acupuncture. Both are excellent.
Kenna is a great physio! She was super helpful and insightful with my overuse hip injury, and set me up with an effective program that helped me get running (and chasing after my son) pain-free again.
