I have been seeing Dr Gavin O’Handley for chiropractic services. He has been incredibly helpful in helping me reduce and manage current pain points from old injuries while maintaining my active lifestyle. I saw immediate results after my first session! Totum Life Science is a great facility for those looking for comprehensive care with experienced specialists.
I've been working with Victoria for several weeks now and I'm very impressed. She quickly diagnosed my issue and provided me with exercises that I implemented at home. I went from having a decent amount of hip pain to being able to run 20km without any pain in a matter of weeks. It's also a bonus that she's lovely to talk to and is a wealth of general running knowledge.
Loving coming here so far! The location is super convenient if you live or work nearby. I recently had to switch physiotherapists, and Victoria has been amazing. Thanks to her, I was finally able to get back in the gym!
I worked with couple of people at Totum over time, most recently with Victoria Lavinskas. She is very knowledgeable and was able to help me with my knee and shoulder. The dry needling is also highly impactful. The space clean and well maintained and staff all around are professional.
