I began seeing Kenna in March 2026 to help with foot pain and let her know that I had the goal of climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro in early June. She set me up with an excellent treatment plan including in office and home based strengthening & stretching. Totum does a lot of things right, but their staff are truly amazing. Yuma Hemphill was my osteopath and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. His knowledge and expertise really show how great this place is. I felt welcomed, comfortable and supported through everything, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Bahar is such an incredible trainer! She is knowledgeable, kind, easy to talk with and builds workouts for you that actually drive success. She helped correct my form, taught me so much and helped me not only reach but exceed my goals. Im lifting heavier, feeling strong, and more confident in the gym. Im so grateful for Bahar! Highly recommend working with her!!
Great experience! I noticed immediate improvements after physio with Victoria. She is very knowledgeable and able to target the root case. I experienced major improvements/resolution within a few weeks. Some months and still feeling great. Very pleased with my results.
