Bill and Andy are both great to work with. Totten is a direct repair shop for Citizen's Insurance and made my claim a lot easier. Both my new cars were smashed by a really big tree limb. It took a long time to fix them, but the it was worth it for the results. They did a great job. One car was over $20K and the other one $10K in damages.
Totten has had my vehicle for over 40 days (and still counting) repairing after a crash. I have seen worse accidents take 1/2 the time. terrible customer service. Overinflated prices to my insurance company.
