Dr. Career is very sweet, Dr. Poquiz lacks in social graces. I always feel very rushed her when bringing my daughter.I brought her in for a croup sounding cough. Dr. Poquiz came in started his exam and was very rough with my 6 month old. Harped on me for standing too close and kept interrupting my questions saying “give me a minute, and I’ll explain.” I only had one or two questions, and felt like he just couldn’t be bothered to answer them. The worst office staff is rude they will hang up on you and make you wait another 5min just to hang up again just because you ask to speak to someone higher..mind you my kid was running 101 and was coughing badly but they didn’t care... docs seem not to care either they never take my daughter seriously when I take her!!! The staff don’t smile or play with the kids you can tell they are their just for the pay check. Not a joke my kid almost died because of this place would not recommend it
My son had a temperature of 104 they gave him zyrtec and didn't test for strep or anything else. Smh awful awful doctors
There nice , and attend me and my daughter good. I dislike the one on Granbury. Very rude and they take forever!!!
