This is not a healthy place. Twice I have gone to get medication and find myself sick the next day. You can tell the staff care less about your health much less cleaning up after a sick child has been in the room before you. I cannot recommended this Dr

I’ve been going to this doctors office (western center) for 3 years now and the wait times (within the last year) have been RIDICULOUS! Today I waited an hour to see a pediatrician and this is counting from after being seen by the nurse. I don’t know what has happened but I’m over it. This hour wait time has been the case all year even before COVID-19

I am very disappointed on the services on the Call Center and how disrespectful and rude they are. They have no customer service or compassion. They act as if its so hard to schedule a appointment for there patients. Disappointed how they treat patients. I been with Tots & Tykes for over 11 years. Since they hired new people there has been new changes. The company has been disappointment since last two years now. I will NOT be wasting my time taking my children’s here again. Terrible office do not come here. The communication is terrible. You check in at the front and get forgotten about. You doctor doesn’t work there anymore and you have to put the new one in your insurance before you can be seen but they don’t tell you until 30 min after you checked in. They only told me because I went and asked why we were getting skipped when I had my 9 month old and had to go to work after. I’ve never left a review before about anything but I’ve never been so upset. We left and are switching offices now.
