Only putting 5 stars so it’s the first thing you see. This place is HORRIBLE. My son was so sick last week and they wouldn’t answer the phone and I left 5 messages and never got a call back so I had to take him to the ER. And today he had his appt for his 4 month and he had to get shots. The nurse that did his shots came and didn’t say a word and handed me the I pad to sign consent. A few weeks ago my 8mth old son started showing many signs that of seasonal allergies. My Husband took him here to see Dr. Poquiz, he misdiagnosed him&wrote it off as him teething. He said that if it didnt clear up in a few weeks to call back&he would send a prescription for allergies to my pharmacy. This is one of the worst offices I've been to. Staff could care less about the 1 1/2 hour wait with a toddler. They over book and do not know how to manage their clients. Complaints go unnoticed and corporate could careless. The blame only goes to the client. Will never recommend this office ever.

This place is horrible. Not friendly no customer service. Wait time takes forever. Found out it's a Medicaid office that is ran like a clinic. If you have health insurance they won't mention that it's a clinic. So if you actually want to get to know the doctor, good luck bc you get a different one every time. Do not come here.
