My experiences with Nurse Practitioner Botch have been extremely disappointing. I’ve seen her twice, and both visits left me considering switching practices for my children—despite them being patients here for nearly ten years. After paying $200 in cash for the visit, I was told that I essentially should have booked a sick visit, even though my child was not sick at the time the appointment was scheduled. The nurse practitioner is not good! I will never see her agai. I have been a patient over 15 years and she literally did not listen to what I said, nor understand where I was coming from as a parent. I will only see the main doctor from here on out.
I love this office staff everyone is always super friendly and very helpful. Thank you ladies Really liked Nurse Gotch..
