Their receptionist is really hateful. My daughter went there to get paperwork work filled out to change her sons doctor from another doctor to their office cause we are having problems getting his 2 month shots. (Everybody is out.) He has bcbs insurance, Medicaid shots are different. The receptionist argued with my daughter telling her she has never heard of that. She was being down right hateful. Then proceeded to tell her it’ll take about a month to get paperwork done.

I just recently had an ER visit for kidney stones. I am on charity at the hospital because of poor income. I got a follow up call from Dr. Maples nurse about follow up. I explained that I was uninsured and did not have the money to pay for an office visit. She told me to go ahead and come in the next morning for just a urine check. When I got to the office today for urine check, I got the run around and was told I would not be checked without an office visit and $75 dollars up front. Dr. Hinson is the BEST. I have seen him for several years now and I wouldnt go anywhere else.
No bedside manner at all let me know he didn’t treat pain and know why my son was in pain or having swelling. Just very rude and short
