RecommendedFriendly staff and very nice people
I have been trying for 3 days to get lab results back on my daughter. I keep getting the run-around on the results.
When my grandchild’s blood work came back that her sugar was seriously high, Robin spent hours and went way farther than most would have to get in touch with us. (Thanks to t-mobile for my cell service being down). Finally at 9:30 that evening they reached us to take her to emergency room. We spent several days in Hospital. Who knows what would have happened if we had not gotten there that night
Great doctor and friendly staff. The doctor always acts interested in my kids and listens to my concerns. Usually a short wait time.
Their receptionist is really hateful. My daughter went there to get paperwork work filled out to change her sons doctor from another doctor to their office cause we are having problems getting his 2 month shots. (Everybody is out.) He has bcbs insurance, Medicaid shots are different. The receptionist argued with my daughter telling her she has never heard of that. She was being down right hateful. Then proceeded to tell her it’ll take about a month to get paperwork done.
Love Tots and Teens! Short wait times! Always gets us right in and always helps with referrals!
