I had a disappointing experience at Tots N' Teens Pediatric Dental Specialist at the Deer Park location. My child and I arrived 15 minutes early for our 12:00 PM appointment, yet we were not called back to the dental room until 12:52 PM. The dentist did not come in to see my child until almost 1:00 PM. Waiting nearly an hour after arriving early is frustrating, especially when appointments are scheduled for a specific time.
