My son was seen here in February for a dental checkup and cleaning. In my opinion, it was a lousy cleaning. The dental assistant polished his teeth, and then the doctor came in and barely did any scraping. Mind you, my son is 12 and just got childhood braces removed so he was needing some TLC and we left the office, not noticing a difference. At our previous dentist, they always did such a good cleaning, even in the middle of braces. So I could really tell this office lacks customer care.
Absolutely loved it here my kids loved it they were very gentle and worked with my son amazingly couldn’t have picked a better spot!!
This place is a total fraud. They will charge you for a package and then when you go to redeem that package and use it for your cleaning, they saved that package is expired and charge you again they taken over $900 for 2 cleanings I would rather go to a prison dental school before I take my child back there.
As a mother, this was a very concerning experience. During my son’s cleaning appointment, I was told he had “seven cavities” and that his orthodontic treatment would need to be stopped until all treatment was completed. Naturally, I was extremely alarmed. When I asked the dentist to clearly show me the cavities, I was not provided with convincing clinical evidence.
