The dental plan was changed quite a few times. The last time it was changed after we paid and started the treatment in the patient's chair. Every change equals to more money out. I am exhausted with their inconsistencies and I'd like to finish treatment somewhere else.
My daughter had her teeth ‘cleaning’ last week and ended up at a different dentist this week because 1. They ignored the sores in her mouth causing her to not be able to eat and 2. Her teeth are nowhere near clean. I watched the new dentist barely scrape her teeth and get stuff off of them. She said there was no way she received proper cleaning and I agree 100%. The kids used to go here for a while but they are not the same the dentist now has no patience and probably shouldn’t be working with kids! They also told me my son had 10 cavities!!! Which i did not believe so I took him for a second and third opinion somewhere else to be told he only had 4! They are overpriced and just care about charging as much as they can! We changed to a different pediatric dentist in the area and i realized how much we were missing out on by staying with tots and teens all these years!
