The service is very bad, after sick visit, they didn’t release lab results after 3 weeks, when I called to check, they never had idea what’s going on with pt, for follow up, they said my insurance is not active anymore so won’t see patient, the service is very bad, 0/10. They focus on insurance and not on sick patients. Specially the front staff is very rude! When they realize their mistake, they give the print of lab results. Kids are the world, please don’t play with kids and their parents.
There are time delays always after appointment. But if we go late by 10 min then they taunt to us. Some time management issues
