I had a great experience at this clinic. CC and Britney at the front desk are both very nice, friendly, and helpful. CC has known my son for about 8 years, and she always takes the time to ask about him and how our family is doing. That personal care and kindness really means a lot to us. They always make us feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you, CC and Britney, for being so kind and caring!
Children often get sick suddenly. Many illnesses start with mild symptoms, so parents naturally monitor their child at home for a day or two before deciding whether a doctor’s visit is necessary. But when we finally try to make an appointment, we’re told there are no openings, or that the doctor is only available in the afternoon. OMG! Their customer service is extremely disappointing, and the way they treated my daughter was unacceptable. When we arrived, my daughter felt comfortable talking to one of the trainees about some of the personal struggles she's been dealing with. As her mother, I understand that sometimes children open up to trusted adults before they're ready to talk to their parents, and I appreciated that she felt safe enough to share. Everyone in the office is so kind and nice especially the receptionist. Been going here for 17 years and love it.
