I like the doctors here but the front desk, super unfriendly and don’t need to call the office, you’ll have to call a million time because they never call you back and rarely answers the phone. When you bring up that you’ve been calling they never even offer an apology, which excuse me if I’m wrong but common courtesy- please work on your front desk experiences because the customer service could be ALOT better

The Mesquite location never answers the phone, and I always get rerouted to either Forney or Plano. When I finally reach someone, they never seems to have the information together, and they often input my prescription incorrectly the first time. As a result, I end up waiting almost weeks to receive it. If possible, I recommend going to another Tots and Teens location instead of Mesquite.
