The Mesquite location never answers the phone, and I always get rerouted to either Forney or Plano. When I finally reach someone, they never seems to have the information together, and they often input my prescription incorrectly the first time. As a result, I end up waiting almost weeks to receive it. If possible, I recommend going to another Tots and Teens location instead of Mesquite.
We love bringing our daughters to this office. We have no issues with getting a same day appointment to get seen. They are thorough and very attentive. All the staff are very kind to our family. Highly recommend.
Dr Akita and nurse Tanya are amazing, very thoughtful and caring and always remembers the kids names and issues. We never have blank stairs or feel like we don’t matter. They take time to talk to us, answer all our questions and ensure the kids feel heard and seen. We love it here!
We love Ms. Akila such a great provider always remembers my kids and what’s going on with their health. Genuine concern and care for them all. Her nurse Ms. Tanya is always so sweet and fair. Ms. Myra at the front is always so sweet and helpful.
