I have been coming to this doctor office since September 2024. My Son was born and his first check up was here. I’ve never been so happy with a doctor office, staff and doctors! My son is well known in the office as he is now almost a 1 1/2 years old. We love how attentive they are! Friendly! Accommodating! Any time my son is sick, and i need to pop in the same day there is always a slot. I’m deeply disappointed with the treatment my baby and I received at Totowa Pediatric Office. From the beginning, I felt that the staff was inattentive and dismissive of my concerns as a parent. My baby’s health and well-being should have been the top priority, but instead, we were made to feel like an inconvenience. To make matters worse, instead of addressing the issues or working with us to improve the situation, the office sent us a letter kicking us out of the practice.
