I’m deeply disappointed with the treatment my baby and I received at Totowa Pediatric Office. From the beginning, I felt that the staff was inattentive and dismissive of my concerns as a parent. My baby’s health and well-being should have been the top priority, but instead, we were made to feel like an inconvenience. I tried to get my son in to have his TB test read Saturday at the Totowa office. Google says they’re open until 1:30 but when we arrived at 1 the office was locked tight and no one was in sight. I was told I didn’t need an appointment to have his test read, so they either need to fix their listing or stay open to the time they’re supposed to.
