DEFINATELY NOT A FAN OF TOTO'S!!!! We were having dinner Sunday May 4 for a boyfriend's b-day, food & service was decent. BEWARE DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND AT TOTO'S MEXICAN RESTAURANT UNLESS YOU WANT IT STOLEN!!!! We left Toto's around 8:25ish when we got to the house my boyfriend realized he didn't have his phone, I called the restaurant at 8:34pm they said it wasn't there, whoever answered the didn't take the time to look or ask anyone if a phone was found because as soon as we asked the answer was no.
