DEFINATELY NOT A FAN OF TOTO'S!!!! We were having dinner Sunday May 4 for a boyfriend's b-day, food & service was decent. BEWARE DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND AT TOTO'S MEXICAN RESTAURANT UNLESS YOU WANT IT STOLEN!!!! We left Toto's around 8:25ish when we got to the house my boyfriend realized he didn't have his phone, I called the restaurant at 8:34pm they said it wasn't there, whoever answered the didn't take the time to look or ask anyone if a phone was found because as soon as we asked the answer was no. Top Notch Mexican Food I take a history course at the CSN Boulder City campus every Monday and the thing I look forward to most about the trip is stopping by Toto's each time and getting my favorite ultra-sized chicken burrito, "El Burro". Fair prices and authentic cuisine makes for an always enjoyable visit. Give them a try!
