The installation team arrived right on time, took care with the property and installed and explained everything to me. Spring 2026 update Charles REMAINS the absolute best when it comes to service and answering calls quickly. On the hottest day of the year so far, my AC goes down. I call the office, and Marie is able to send a technician same day. Elijah comes over, quickly diagnoses what is wrong, and fixes the issue in under 3 hours. I reached out to TOTO to analyze and provide an estimate for the repair of my heater. They were completely fair with their response time, provided an honest estimate to complete the repair. I needed a new motor for my heater and they advised the motor was under warranty so they were able to save me a considerable amount of money. The original company that installed the heater never advised me of an active warranty although they knew the motor had to be replaced. Their estimate was completely inflated.
