Needed a hernia repair. Saw Dr Totoro on Monday, had surgery on Tuesday. Dr Totoro, in my opinion, is excellent - very knowledgable, highly efficient, and kind.
Experience? AWFUL! Recommending? NEVER! See again? NEVER! After 3 surgeries performed by him, I had medical problems with every single one. 1st time: didn't come off ventilator for 2 weeks after surgery; 2nd time: ended up in ER with infection and hernia; 3rd time: after 3 months am still having post surgical pain. Visited him and was given instructions to hand deliver CT disks to his office (no offer for his office to request them). Then was told there was nothing he could do for me.
