Not authentic Japanese. But still damn good. Try the Yam Yam roll.
All Mexicans in the kitchen, all Koreans at the sushi bar, no Japanese waitstaff. If you want to practice your Japanese, you'll have to go somewhere else.

Aw dang bummer to report but gone downhill from a few years ago :/ Yellowtail and Mackerel were not fresh. Try Yotsuba.
Tempura eel was fantastic. Also the miso soup was among the best I've had.
