Last time I was at the TOTO showroom, they were in the middle of a first floor renovation and now that its done, the showroom is completely changed and more beautiful than I remember. They had everything I wanted to see on display. Thanks.
They are never open, even when they say they will be. Just want to buy their products, and they can’t be bothered to open the store.
We are about to begin renovating our master bath, so stopped in to check out smart toilet options. The woman working there was so friendly and helpful and we learned a lot. We had other manufacturers of smart toilets on our shortlist but our visit to the gallery made us want to only look at TOTO. Sure, their hours are limited, but you need to remember that this is a showroom and not a store - they do not bring in revenue. It is unrealistic to expect them to be open long hours.
