After visiting Japan and discovering the TOTO Washlet, I knew I needed one when I got home. I stopped by the TOTO showroom, and Hailey was so helpful! She walked me through all the different options, explained what I’d need for installation, and made the whole process easy to understand. It’s so nice that TOTO has a place where you can actually see the products in person and learn about all the features. Highly recommend visiting if you’re considering a Washlet or upgrading your bathroom!

I had an 11am appointment for today. I arrived a few minutes early. The door was locked. The woman behind the desk was not friendly and did not come to the door or even stand to greet me. She seemed put off by my arrival as if I had come off the street without an appointment. I said I had an appointment and she asked what I came in for.
