This realtor seems less than unscrupulous. Their advertisement for 4875 Pennington in Clinton is misleading. The house. which has a terribly reconfigured floor plan, is clearly structurally unsound, with nearly every floor in the house sloped at a different angle, and the stairs to the 2nd floor visibly crooked.
