The best dental office. I had horrible experiences prior to finding Totem Lake Smile. After 25 years of Working with their staff I could not dream of finding another clinic that would even come close.
I had really bad tooth pain, so I called to see Dr. Sursely. She fit me in her schedule right away to discover I would need a root canal procedure done asap. She called in a referral for me so I was able to see a specialist who also took excellent care of me. Dr. Sursely finished the permanent filling for me and I'm pain free. Thank you Dr. Sursely!!! What a wnderful relief! A painless process.
I like when you give me a monologue description of what's happening. Easier to relax then. And no pain - yep, I'm a wimp when it comes to pain in the dentist. Thanks.

All staff are efficient & kind & thorough in their work. My cleaning with Andrea was very pleasant & well done. Dr. Sursely came in as the cleaning finished & did the periodic exam. Always enjoyable with everyone showing happy attitude, as is their norm.
Dr Sursley and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. She is easily the best dentist I have seen.
