While living at Totem Lake Heights was not to bad, our move out experience was a horrible one. Before our move out I asked the maintenance guy to take a look at our place and let me know what he thought should be done (our place had been well kept). He said that the carpets looked good and not to do anything with them because they were replacing them regardless- as well as the linoleum, both were being updated.
