I’ve visited this clinic 5 times in the past month for a mix of treatments—an exam, two routine cleanings, a filling, and wisdom teeth removal. Every single appointment went flawlessly. Booking was effortless, and the entire team, from the front desk to the hygienists and dentists and doctor assistants are very professional, patient, and friendly. I am a little surprised by the way they treated a new patient. I made an appointment in advance and proactively called in to let them know that I was on my way and would be a little late. They let me know then that because I was going to be late, my appointment would be canceled and I have to find a new time that would work for me. This was very inconvenient as I learned this while I was on my way. If I had made it into the office, would I have been turned away and wasted even more time? The entire staff from those at the front desk to all of the hygienists (I have interacted with nearly all of them) and Dr. Trinh himself deliver exemplary service. They are kind, knowledgeable, and professional, and they take the time to thoughtfully explain to you how you can maintain and improve your dental health. The atmosphere of the clinic is also always very clean and inviting. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I could not recommend this practice more highly.
