I ordered multiple bags and they never arrived. They show as being stuck with USPS. When I called Tote Bag Factory and spoke to Alejandra not once did she apologize or offer any words that would resemble decent customer service. I asked for someone to call me back and it never happened. I was told that I could be reimbursed once they “investigated.” I was not given an actual answer as to whether I would be refunded for the shipping. Everything was running swimmingly until the order actually arrived. I ordered custom screen print tote bags. There were two that had a misprint, not too bad, but to the degree where it should have been redone since this is professional branding and our forward facing image to the the public. The response was "Our team has reviewed the images you provided and would like to kindly clarify that screen printing is a manual process.
